Advice for Road Runners: The ASICS Women's Gel-Kayano 31 Running Shoes build on the success of the previous version. They provide added stability and a lot of cushioning for road running.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole cushioning is substantial. Soft, energetic cushioning is provided by a full-length section of ASICS' FF Blast™ foam. At the heel area, PureGEL™ technology helps to increase shock absoption and enable a smooth transition through the gait cycle.

For the avoidance of doubt, The Kayano 31 are stability running shoes. A lot of the added stability is provided by the ASICS' 4D Guidance System™ which provides adaptive stability for your feet and legs.

On the outsole, HYBRID ASICSGRIP™ has been designed to improve grip and provide more softness underfoot. The reference to improved grip and softness is made with a comparison to the previous edition in mind.

Upper Fit

Again, in comparison to the Gel-Kayano 30, the upper has been updated. An engineered mesh upper replaces an engineered knit upper. The purpose of this update is to help keep your feet cool and comfortable on long-distance runs.

At the back of the upper, a knit collar construction provides a modern look, while an advanced pull-tab should make it easy to put on/take off these ASICS running shoes.

Sizing Advice
