The Nike Dunk Low SB ‘Sandy Bodecker’ showcases a one-of-a-kind design heavily inspired by the one-of-one Charity Dunk from 2003, when Nike SB took to eBay to auction off a special pair of Dunk Low colored to take after eBay's classic logo. Every proceeds from the listing, which then ended at a final bid of $26,000 were put to the construction of new skate parks throughout the Portland area. The identity of the highest bidder was kept a mystery for years until it was finally disclosed that the buyer was the legendary Sandy Bodecker. Although only one pair of these shoes were sold, there are reportedly two that exist, one of which was sawed into four divided parts.

To pay homage to the life of the late Sandy Bodecker, who contributed immensely to Nike SB's legacy, this 'Sandy Bodecker' Dunk features a Swoosh that is a metaphor for reassembling the pieces of the Charity Dunk Low back together. But rather than connecting the divided segments seamlessly, the team has selected to fill in the spaces with a see-through TPU. The latter of its build is akin to the original colorway, resembling eBay’s signature red, blue, yellow, and green palette. An image of Bodecker is printed onto the sockliner of the left foot while the right features an on-foot image of the original, ripped-apart eBay Charity Dunk.
